NAMIBIA |
ICH has had the good fortune of coming into contact with an outfitter in NAMIBIA that I believe will be a perfect fit for us and our clients. This outfit is a small, family run business which is owner operated. That means PERSONAL SERVICE and great success rates to our clients. The accommodations are beautiful, and the hunting packages are VERY AFFORDABLE, especially on the larger antelope species. If price is your main objective on a trophy package, you want to collect some of the species that are common here, or you just want a change from South Africa, here is your answer! |

NAMIBIA may well be the best kept hunting secret on the entire continent of Africa. In recent years Namibia has been gaining ground in popularity as a hunting destination among sportsman, and for good reason. Namibia offers all of the same attributes of it's neighboring country of South Africa and is also without most issues of safety concerns or political turmoil. SO WHY NAMIBIA vs SOUTH AFRICA? Well, like anything else both countries have their good & bad points. Here are a few of the arguments where Namibia wins clearly. Nearly all of South Africa's hunting ground is high fenced, most of Namibia's is not. Namibia also has a few species that are either not available, very rare, or protected from hunting in South Africa. A few of these are cheeta (not importable to the US) Kalahari Spingbok, & Mountain Zebra. |

|
The biggest advantage to hunting in Namibia is that in many cases it is MUCH CHEAPER overall than South Africa. Namibia lies on the Atlantic side of the continent of Africa. It is bordered in the south by South Africa, on the north by Angola, to the east by Botswana and it's entire western border is coastline.
