FLY-IN BLACK BEAR HUNT AND FISHING COMBINATION We hunt a vast remote wilderness north of Lake Superior famous for numbers of large black bears.  Multiple bear sightings are common and every year hunters harvest bears that qualify for the Boon & Crocket and Pope & Young record books!  Whichever plan you choose you can alternate hunting with fantastic fishing for walleye, perch and northern pike.  Depending on your plan and location brook and lake trout fishing may be available! American or Deluxe Housekeeping Plan Fly to Main Lodge on remote Esnagi Lake.  Your deluxe cabin awaits you.  Cabins are fully modern and equipped with every convenience to make your stay in the bush comfortable.  Our staff has been baiting your sites well in advance of your arrival and will orient you to your hunting area.  We include a hand-crafted 18 foot cedar boat with 20hp motor for each two or three hunters.  American plan guests will enjoy delicious home-cooked meals in our dining room and daily maid service.  Housekeeping guests will prepare their own meals in their cabins.  All hunters can make full use of our lodge amenities including our games room, lounge with satellite tv, telephone and wireless internet. Outpost Plan Fly to a wilderness area for seven days.  This area will only be hunted by your party for the duration of your hunt.  We have been baiting sites well in advance of your arrival.  Outpost cabins are fully-equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable.  Specific cabin and category descriptions are available just call Matt at ICH. Boat, motor and gasoline are supplied for each two or three hunters.  Our locations are carefully selected to ensure your success!

Bear hunt is camp assisted or guided at all times.  Moose hunt is guided.  Your package includes, American plan accommodations at Main Lodge with meals, boats, motors and gasoline, return air transportation from White River (including flying out of your game), guides, and validation tags.  LICENSES AND TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED.  This is a seven day package.  Add $900 per person to extend your hunt to ten days.  Add a non-hunting partner for USD$1295.

Baggage Allowance
The weight allowance per person on hunting packages is 200 pounds.

Overweight Charges
Should the weight of your gear exceed your party's baggage allowance you may be charged CAD$0.75/*USD$0.60 cents per pound over. Overloads may not be flown until all flying for the day has been completed.

Camps
We are concerned about the cleanliness of our camps and endeavour to keep them in the best possible condition. In order to do this we ask for your assistance. Please put all garbage in bags and return to base. Leave all cooking and eating utensils clean. Our pilots will check all camps and grounds at time of pick-up.

Departure / Pick up times
We attempt to do all our trips on a first come, first served basis. We suggest that guests plan to arrive between 7-8 am, or possibly check in the night before their flight. Due to weather, we cannot guarantee a flight time. In the event of bad weather, guests are responsible for their own accommodations and meals. No refunds for bad weather. No partial refunds for late fly-in due to weather. All parties should be ready in the morning of their pick-up day.

Licenses Licenses are available at the air base prior to your departure.  Non-resident moose licenses are approximately USD$300, Non-Resident Bear USD$150, Non-Resident Small Game USD$70 and Export Permits USD$30.  Please ensure you have proof of gun handling experience with a copy of your current or previous state/provincial hunting license. Do Not Forget Please do not forget sleeping bags, small power or swede saw, axes, life jackets, hipwaders, a come-along winch, 100 ft of 1/2" rope, meat saw and additional Coleman lanterns if required.  We also require you have a satellite phone so we do not have to disturb your hunting area with a check flight. All rates are quoted in United States Dollars per person based on indicated occupancy.  Final billings are made in Canadian Dollars at the prevailing local exchange rate.  Tax extra. US Guests qualify for a partial tax refund. Ask for details!  Packages do not include licenses.  Please check carefully for hunting package inclusions.  No partial refunds for late fly-in/fly-out due to flight delays.
